Lead History and StatusThe complete history and status of each lead is displayed in a chronological order and can be updated by any relevant person in your organization. Set Status of Each LeadEach lead can be set to the relevant status such as Active - Continuing Follow-Up, Closed or New. Closed leads are moved from the lead queue but are searchable and retained forever to provide a history for future communications. New leads are highlighted until assigned to a person or team and Active leads are displayed in queue.
